The Julius Meinl office in loft style combines industrial chic with modern comfort. Cleaned brick from the era of Nicholas I serves as the backdrop and foundation of the interior, adding historical depth.

The space is designed with a hot-desking policy, creating an open and spacious atmosphere. Simple furniture provides comfort without distracting from the unique surroundings.

Employees' personal belongings are stored in lockers, freeing up common areas.

The most challenging task was preserving the old wooden floors while meeting fire safety standards. Thanks to thorough pre-project analysis, supervision, and the coordinated efforts of the BuroBove team, the project was executed to the highest standards.

The office is equipped with meeting rooms of various formats, a coffee point, storage areas, and wardrobes. Technical zones are allocated for ventilation systems and other equipment. Designed within a limited budget, the space has become the company’s business card and a source of inspiration for employees.
